  2. Propose to customers activities on sustainability, nature and environmental thematic.
  3. Provide customers with maps and schedules of public transport in the area.
  4. Offer customers a shuttle service to allow them to access accommodation by transit. (train, bus, tram)
  5. Make available to customers, bicycles or inform them about the rental services nearby.
  6. Prefer electronic communication, select certified paper, less polluting inks and target consumers for specific communication.

Customer information:

  1. Have a clear but discreet signage that encourages water, energy savings, and waste recycling.
  2. Invite customers to report water leaks to staff
  3. Provide operational instructions for heating and air conditioning equipment.
